America’s The Word columnist, Michael Simone, S.J., will be discussing the place of Scripture in light of holy days as can be found in America’s new ebook: America on Feast Days and Holy Days. James Martin, S.J., will lead a moderated conversation that will bring the joy of the Scriptures into focus for how prayer can be a form of celebration. Opening remarks will be delivered by Dr. Roy Peterson, president of American Bible Society, and introductions by Matt Malone, S.J.
